Welcome to Oak & Well Acupuncture

We’re happy you’re here! You can schedule your initial and follow-up visits below. If you’d rather call to schedule, feel free to do so at 360.474.3655. Please be sure to fill out your health intake form BEFORE your first visit (we’ll email it to you).

We’ve put a few helpful notes below to help you choose which appointment type may work best for you:

1) Pay As You Go: This is a great option if you’ll only be coming in 1-2 times/month for “maintenance care” or if you have a more short-term or acute condition going on.

2) Membership: If you have longer-term care that is required or if you come in for acupuncture 1-3x/week, the Membership program is a good fit. This allows you to pay a monthly fee of $85, and then have treatments at a greatly reduced cost (only $65 per treatment!). Your initial visit fee includes the monthly membership amount plus your first treatment fee (i.e. $85 + 65 = $150).

3) Community-Supported Acupuncture: This offering is for a limited number of lower-cost treatments. We are offering this honor-based system with a mission to expand access to rural healthcare, help those from lower-income households or disadvantaged backgrounds, and raise awareness of the oppressive nature of a class-based capitalistic system. More info can be found HERE. Please call/text 360.474.3655 to schedule.

Updated fee rates beginning April 1st, 2026: Beginning in April, we’ll be making a modest fee adjustment of $10 per visit. These changes allow Sean to continue offering thoughtful, unhurried care while keeping the clinic sustainable.

Community Supported Acupuncture (CSA) visits: $65 (previously $55)

Membership: monthly fee remains the same at $85/month; treatment fee $75 (previously $65)

Pay-As-You-Go visits: $110 (previously $100)

New Patient visit: $160 (previously $150)

Acupuncture is one tool under the umbrella of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It can help to reduce inflammation, ease pain, regulate mood, and promote a sense of well-being. At Oak & Well Acupuncture we specialize in pain management, pregnancy & reproductive medicine, pediatrics, digestive disorders, allergies & autoimmune conditions, and mood disorders. Most people feel quite relaxed after an acupuncture treatment. But don't take our word for it, come on in and give it a go!

Sean is an acupuncturist, herbalist, & Eastern Medicine practitioner, and owner of Oak & Well Acupuncture. Having worked in the health and wellness field for over a decade, Sean is a board licensed acupuncturist with a medical degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He also holds a Master’s degree in Biology and has traveled the world as a conservation biologist & wildlife ecologist.

Pulling from the fields of traditional medical knowledge and ecological anthropology, Sean is highly curious about the myriad ways in which people meet and engage with their environment. His focus rests in restorative medicine and how to help heal people and place. Applying body, relational, and ecological practices in culturally-sensitive ways has become the center of his work.

When he’s not busy treating patients, Sean can be found spending time with his four children and dog on his 5-acre homestead in Chimacum. As a family they love being in nature, refining their organic gardening skills, and exploring the bounty of local farms. Sean lives on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula in Washington state on the ancestral lands of the Chimakum and S’Klallam people. His own ancestors hail from Ireland & Italy, and these days he’s feeling quite a connection to his Celtic roots so is learning the Irish language (Gaeilge) as a homage to his people.
